solve.ly is a trading name of Mystery Media Group LLP, registered in England and Wales, registered office Flat 14, 6 Wetherell Place, Bristol BS8 1AR, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the information you give us when you use the dashboard, book a call or message us.

What we hold and why

Your name, email address, phone number, your website address and the access details we need to look after it. We use them to do the work you ask for, to alert you when something needs you, and to send your reports. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Your site's data

We back up your site every night and keep 14 daily, 8 weekly and 12 monthly copies, stored away from your server. When you leave, we hand back your files, database and access.

Analytics

With your permission we use Microsoft Clarity to see how this site and the dashboard are used, such as clicks and scrolling, so we can fix what gets in the way. It only runs if you accept it. See cookies for the detail and how to change your choice.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by messaging us in the dashboard, on WhatsApp or by phone on +44 7516 516952. If you are not happy with how we handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
